Preorders: Preorders will take longer to fulfill due to them being a more complicated process on my end.
Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed and production has started, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your items to be crafted and prepared for shipping. We ensure that each piece meets our high standards of quality before it is sent out.
Shipping Method: We use UPS for all domestic orders. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package.
Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or peak holiday seasons may impact shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
